I do miss the written word, I think the sentiment comes across in more earnest. Imagine the former hand delivered in proper calligraphy.

There is formal and there's whatever one's style remains in the absence of formality. A suit is to be expected, if not a tuxedo. But, such things can be rented. And gifted.
Does that keep you from attending them? I think the trick actually happens to be that very few are "good at parties." Sure. They have charm, and an anecdote to go with that charm, but, in truth most people at parties are focusing inward. Then again, who am I to say what you are.
I could just as easily say I am good at parties.

He's still at the safehouse – god, he really needs an apartment – so while he's thinking he makes himself some instant ramen and eats half of it before he's made up his mind. ]
( Timothy doesn't respond right away and that suits Klaus fine. He's not one to hang on one's every text. He has things to do, it is true. But, when he does get his response, he finds himself smiling. )
